Vegan for the Night

Gourmet fried rice—delicious brown rice stir fried with tofu, peas and carrots.


Spicy “chicken”—lightly battered chunks of fake chicken (wheat gluten) were tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce on a bed of sliced zucchini.


Tamarind “beef”—tamarind sounded so exotic. I had to try it, but it ended up being our least favorite. It was a bit too tangy.


I’ll be back! I was full yet didn’t feel stuffed and unhealthy.
