Dad’s Pork Chops

Ahhh, the benefits of living close to my family—free food all the time.

First, I had fresh dumplings for lunch, and now for dinner, pork chops.

The original pork chop dish was pan fried with fresh tomatoes and onions. I already ate it the previous day, so I wanted to alter the leftovers.

Fortunately, there was enough sauce, so I made a quick chicken broth base with it. I threw in some egg noodles and voilà, a totally new dish.
