Korean Night

It was another home cooked meal by Jason. This time, a little bit of experimentation with jap chae, a sort of Korean "chow mein" made with cellophane noodles.

It was a good attempt and the right flavor. After stir frying the noodles, it became very bunched up and sticky. I think the next time he cooks this, he'll have to cut the noodles so it'd be easier to handle and won't be one large chunk. Kudos for trying!

To accompany our jap chae, we also had pickled radish and cabbage, rice and thinly sliced beef.
