Namu’s Ramen

I was at the Ferry Building farmers' market and stopped by Namu's booth for lunch. Ramen was on their menu for awhile and I was curious to taste this big bowl of noodle soup—kudos on the real bowl.

It had a lot of toppings, a little too much, in my opinion. The noodles were decent and the broth, mediocre. It should be rich and very flavorful, like you've been focusing on making that broth for hours.

It was decent and I wouldn't mind eating it again, but hey, it's hard to compare when I just came back from Japan days earlier and had the best ramen of my life.
