As mentioned, my parents always go all out when it comes to food. The more, the better, in their opinion.

A taste of what we enjoyed:
Sea cucumber with oysters and mushrooms
Shark fin soup with dried scallops
Peppered whole chicken
Pea shoots with garlic
Boiled spot prawns
Ox tail, some sort of root vegetable and octopus soup
And more!

Seriously, we had enough food to feed an army.
