Happy Thursday

Every Thursday should be like this:

A fun and fantastic meal of fresh oysters, house cured salumi, pot of heaven (duck rillette in a mason jar with a thick layer of fat), fruit and cheese plate, more house cured meat and a whole bunch of wine—a lot of it.

All at Adesso, a cool place that takes their salumi seriously.
