For dinner I made pasta with prosciutto and peas. I unfortunately didn't have fresh peas, so old frozen peas were used.

While the whole wheat pasta was cooking, I cooked the prosciutto in butter and garlic. When that was starting to brown, I added the frozen peas.

When the pasta was done, I simply put it in the pan with the other ingredients and drizzled with olive oil. I also added a few small chunks of butter to moisten the pasta.

This dish was so easy to make with only three main ingredients. Topping the pasta with freshly grated Parmesan was also a nice touch (a recent luxury of mine).
