Clam Chowder

It was a little chilly and I was craving for some clam chowder. There's something about clam chowder I really love – the creaminess and probably the fact that I know it's one of the highest calorie soups. I searched for a light version and found this one on Cooking Light. According to the recipe, it has 257 calories per 1 cup serving (holy cow), so I used less butter and milk.

The clam chowder was actually pretty good even with less fat. I did burn the onions a little, but thankfully, you couldn't taste it.
